An AoD jazz CD will be available from the 21st June featuring Johnny Brierley (Upright Bass) and Eivind Lodemel (Piano). Songs revisited include Dr Knox, You say I'm Beautiful, Are They Blind? and Sleep in Peace. Further details to be released shortly. 
This publicly sold pamphlet was written by 'The Echo of Surgeon’s Square,' later identified as David Paterson, employee of Dr. Robert Knox. In it Paterson relates his observations of the goings on between Knox and the murderers Burke and Hare.

Come and enjoy the new touring production of the 'Academy of Death' at Comberton Village College on Sunday 21 June 2009 at 7.30pm. This completely revised production features an Anglo/German cast, drawn from Audacious Productions and students from Modellschule Obersberg, and has been directed by a professional stage-director.
This 'Academy of Death' will be sung in a mix of both English and German prior to the production at the Bad Hersfeld Summer Arts Festival in Germany next month.
Tickets are now available, priced £7.00 each (£4.00 concessions) from either the CVC Finance Office (enquiries 01223 262503) or CB3 Reception (telephone bookings - 01223 264444) where major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Please note subject matter may be unsuitable for children under ten.
